This invention relates to an awning comprising a shaft drivable by a motor, a curtain, which curtain is fastened to the shaft at its first end and can be wound off and wound up by rotating the shaft, a torsion spring element, a tensioning element, through which Clamping the Behang at its second end with the torsion spring element is coupled, and optionally a support structure, wherein the torsion spring axis of the torsion spring element and the shaft axis of the shaft are arranged substantially parallel to each other. AT503120 describes a tensioner for a sunshade peelable from a shaft, wherein the tensioning of the sunshade by a
Gas spring device is accomplished, which is arranged separately from the shaft. There is no indication in AT503120 that the tensioner is located in the shaft. AT506083 describes a tensioner for a sunshade strippable from a shaft, wherein the tensioning of the sunshade is by a cable without the use of a spring device. DE102006047899 discloses a tensioning device for a sunshade strippable from a shaft, wherein the sun sail is tensioned by a spring device arranged in the shaft. The drive for removing the curtain is not located in an area near the shaft.
The tensioning device described in DE202005001875 is characterized in that the cable is rollable on a separate winding roll and the winding shaft is driven by a plane shaft. The tensioning of the curtain is accomplished via the tensioning of the cable by means of a spring element, which is arranged separately from the plane shaft. DE202006004615 again shows a tensioning device for an awning, wherein the tensioning element is arranged separately from the shaft, from which shaft the curtain is pulled off. DE202010004125 discloses a tensioning device for an awning, wherein a tensioning element is coupled to the shaft from which the curtain is pulled off, and by a movement or by a drive of the tensioning element a tensioning of the awning is effected. In DE202010004125 there is no reference to a spring element, which is a tensioning of the curtain causes.
The document EP2216461 relates to a special embodiment of the curtain.
The awning described in the prior art have the disadvantage that the structure of the awning is complicated and complicated and thus only by a trained specialist personnel feasible.
The invention disclosed herein has as its object to provide an awning, which is characterized, inter alia, by its easy to carry out installation. According to the invention this is achieved in that the torsion spring axis of the torsion spring element and the shaft axis of the shaft in the immediate vicinity of each other, are arranged substantially in the region of the first end of the curtain.
The sun sail according to the invention is characterized in that the rigid elements of the sun sail as the shaft and the torsion spring element can be arranged in a component of the awning. When installing the awning, the component is to be mounted at the level where the awning should extend when in use.
The curtain has a first and a second end, wherein the curtain is tensioned by the shaft fixed at its first end and by the acting at its second end torsion spring element.
The shaft is driven by a motor, so that the curtain by a rotation of the shaft of the shaft wound or unwound to the shaft. Unwinding or winding the curtain can be prevented by blocking the rotation of the shaft by the motor. The invention disclosed herein does not exclude that instead of the motor other mechanical devices for rotating the shaft or to prevent the rotation of the shaft are arranged. Likewise, the awning of the invention may have a hand crank for rotating the shaft.
The curtain is essentially stretched by the torsion spring element.
A substantially parallel arrangement of the rotary member axis and the shaft axis causes eccentric forces a moment load on 2 acts the awning, which could drag a sagging of the curtain with it.
The inventive arrangement of the shaft and the torsion spring element in close proximity to each other, preferably in a component has the advantage that the torsion spring axis and the shaft axis are always arranged parallel to each other. The sun sail according to the invention is characterized in that the torsion spring axis and the shaft axis do not have to be aligned with each other during the installation of the solar sail.
The awning of the invention may have a support structure, which may for example be a wall of a house. When installing the awning in the field this can be attached to a support structure or trees.
The awning of the invention may be characterized in that the torsion spring axis and the shaft axis are ident.
Such an arrangement of torsion spring element and shaft is advantageous in that the component is compact executable.
The awning according to the invention can comprise as a tensioning element a cable, which is guided from the second end of the curtain to a freely positionable first Seilumlenkrolle to the torsion spring element.
The awning is tensioned in the case of using a rope between the shaft and the first Seilumlenkrolle. The rope is to be guided so that the spring force of the torsion spring element acts on the second end of the curtain. As a result, and by a non-rotatable mounting of the shaft, the curtain is stretched.
The awning according to the invention may further comprise a rope as a tensioning element, which is guided from a region of the curtain near the first end of the curtain to a region of the curtain near the second end of the curtain to a freely positionable first Seilumlenkrolle to the torsion spring element. 3
A rope extending over the extension of the curtain, guided below or inside the curtain, can prevent sagging of the curtain in partial areas. Such a rope can for example be woven into the curtain.
The torsion spring element can be coupled to a rope pulley that can be driven by the torsion spring element, around which pulley the rope can be wound so as to tension the curtain unwound from the shaft.
The pulley axis of the pulley is oriented substantially at a right angle to the longitudinal axis of the rope to be wound onto the rope pulley.
Depending on the shape of the curtain, the curtain can be tensioned by a certain number of ropes. Likewise, the orientation of the ropes with respect to the curtain should be selected so that a uniform tensioning of the curtain is ensured.
The ropes can be wound on a pulley or on a pulley. When using a plurality of pulleys, the pulleys can be driven by a torsion spring element or by a respective torsion spring element. The use of a plurality of pulleys and a plurality of torsion spring elements can bring the advantage of an adaptable to the shape of the curtain and the conditions clamping with it.
The Seilaufwickelrichtung of the rope on the driven by the torsion spring element pulley and Behangabwickelrichtung the curtain of the shaft can be the same direction.
The Seilaufwickelrichtung of the rope are directed to the driven by the torsion spring element pulley and the Behangabwickelrichtung the curtain of the moment opposite and, if necessary, by the motor, a bias of the torsion spring element is bewerkstelligbar.
Optionally, the sunshade according to the invention is to be extended by further second cable pulleys, which are preferably arranged in the component of the sunshade.
The awning according to the invention can also comprise a lever mechanism as the tensioning element, which lever mechanism extends from an area in the immediate vicinity of the first end of the curtain to the second end of the curtain extends and can be driven by the torsion spring element.
